In 2002 I joined Burlodge as National Sales Manager, becoming Managing Director 5 years later. As someone with 15 years’ previous experience in government catering sales, I understand and identify with the changing needs of the business.
One of the first things I identified is the need for ex-NHS catering staff as Sales Managers, as they are the only people who can really understand the needs of today’s catering professionals. I also believe that a solid administration and engineering team, together with logistics, are essential to the smooth running and success of our company. Having built an excellent team, I look to the future with confidence.
